The goal that i have is a get to a one thousand pound power lifting total, between bench press, squat and dead lift. I know from experience that if i follow the programming my coach sets for me, and i don't injure myself snor boarding,. Then i typically have been making gains every single week. With some lifts, it's like, you know, i do sets of five. And as an ansilary thing, i got proper rest, and i got enough a calories and protein to keep growing and allow my muscles to recover properly.
