Twitter executives were privy to some of the initial deliberations about how to deal with so-called Russian disinformation. Hamilton 68 dashboard was supposedly a dashboard tracking Russian influence on Twitter and on social media which took its funding from the German Marshall Fund. The inspector general's report found that there was no evidence of active collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia but also that the claims of influence were fastly overstated.
