When did you really push to say, let's create a brick and mortar bakery? Im, so i'm also pretty conservative. You know, i want, i'm all about data. I want to be able to figure out. So im, i opened my brick and mortar out of my event space, cause i already built it out. After opening it, just gradually, you know, with jaggy head pastry chaff, i slowly just started to open up more hours, offer more things,. refine my pro s, and then im just continue till i re invest over and over and over.
