What Are China's Vulnerabilities?
China has to worry that the united states and it could get into some kind of conflict. The United States produces a lot of oil, but not all its oil by a long shot. China is not as vulnerable to this as other countries were historically. It's very easy for me to imagine a scenario where russia says, well, you know, we're not going to get involved in any way with china.
