Do you trust the Chinese and Russian government that they will treat your currency like the U.S. did? I think that from an economic standpoint, what we did last year when we sanctioned the reserves of the Russian central bank for the first time ever was a dangerous precedent. Some of these developing countries in emerging markets might start to worry that if they get on the wrong side of theU.S. that they're going to get punished.
