The Eagle's Head Is the Symbol of Democracy
We are to think of ourselves as the downward pointing triangle, informed by the energy of the upward pointing triangle. This is then what informs the life of our nation as symbolized in the eagle. Out of this divine energy, we operate in the field of time where we have another pair of opposites to deal with peace and war. So whether in peace or in war, our action is informed by this spiritual principle symbolized above the head of the eagle.
