The Relationship Between Top and Heavy

The only kind of related expression would be top notch. In Spanish we don't use the adjective top like that in English. Another one which is kind of related is like heavy. Heavy that remember we never make that sound. Gummy. That's a nice expression that I've used before at the beginning of this episode. To put two and two together it means to understand something like two things that you think are not connected and you come up with the answer.
