Marketing should be telling people what products are needed. Don't get so involved with it, because normally in a marketing function, the products are provided. If we're not going to be doing that, the machines are going to be nipping at our heels. So I think there's a big opportunity here, but you need to structure it because otherwise you won't do it. That's the bottom line. Very, my digital transformation is not just changing an organization and then it's done. It's about creating agility in the organization so it can continue to change.
