The Importance of Rest
I love that you put it directly to like our physical bodies and not just our mental health, which is absolutely important. I'm really enjoying this process of being a new relationship with my own body. So yeah, I certainly am working on it personally in the way that I'm building strength in my body. It's part of the ingredients for us to be able to enjoy life when we feel better seated in our bodies. We feel better in relationship to each other, even nature.
