Is Social Media Changing Physicalism?
Psychodelic states tend to shut down the part of the brain that computes the boundary of your physical form, and which is why we often, we experience a sense of oneness. But when you put them together, all physicalist explanations become nonviable. This is actually recognized by physicalists now, because they put forward a sort of unifying physicalist hypothesis to account for this. It's one of those things that, in any other science, papers would not be accepted. I don't know whether the nat effect is good or not. Probably it is good Hopefully.
