With Bitcoin, you can see how much and who has paid that account over time. So what is it about Monero where we cannot do that kind of stuff? No concept of an unspent transaction output in Monero. There are only transaction outputs because no outside observer knows if an output is actually spent. And importantly, it also doesn't require any collaboration between you and other people.
