I Will Not Resign if Indicted
In 1973, Vice President Spiroagnam was indicted and he resigned that same day. He actually had done a deal with federal prosecutors where they let him plead no contest to just one of the 40 felonies they charged him with. If he agreed to that one, no contest plea and he agreed to resign from office, they would let him off on the other 39 felonies. Took him 11 days. This was yesterday. Does he know that he's living history? Does he have any idea? Somebody should also just see if you can get him to say, I am not a crook. He'll do it. And we won't even have to wait two weeks for it
