I've been watching the John verveky stuff quite a bit. So maybe I would like to think about some of the things that he's talking about especially if you just talk with them. He understands the myth of he doesn't understand it but he's describing something which can help people understand why it's so problematic because it's always like you're gripping and then you're letting go. There's a great quote by Rumi, which I really find beautiful. And everything is like that where there's this optimal grip, but it's always changing in order to move it.
