How to Track Phone Call Leads
If you're using Google's phone call mechanism, call from ads, then it says phone call leads. Own call leads from a third party source are going to come in as imported. So what I like to do is not track phone leads at all. Track all my phone calls and call tracking metrics. We have a team that we do this for all of our clients. They listen to the phone calls, manually score them and only import the quality calls. It's why our campaign is not performing. Everybody else's campaign is from a lead generation perspective because all the other agencies are saying, oh yeah, phone call last over 45 seconds.
