The Engineering School - I'm a Junior Engineer

As a junior engineer, i felt like i had good kells to do an adequate engineering job. When i started getting into more of leadership rolls, i note that i was liking a little bet on other type of scales. Onceh i was like were of people, and, you know, if i want to con oup with someone and and know what drives them,. What make their day, how to better communicate with them. It also makes my work so much more enjoyable.
