Is Rishi Simak Still Dead and Burdened?

Is he still dead and buried politically when we look towards the next election? Or do you think this conceivably might open up the weight of some sort of revival? He's definitely in a very deep hole. But I don't think you can say he's dead and buried yet. There is a possibility that some voters will like the fact that he's taken an issue that's bedeviled our politics and made it go away so that we can focus on the stuff they care about. We'll know over the next few months, I think, we'll see as this year goes on where we are.
