What Is an Asset Holding Company?
People who grow wealth and are consistently successful with growing wealth over time that didn't suffer major setbacks, what they had to do was move all of the assets out of their personal name. The idea here is it says that if John owns nothing and we sue John, well, great, what does that get us? Well, it doesn't get us anything because John doesn't own anything, everything's owned by this asset holding company. If you're ever sued and they sue you personally, you don't have to care because you don't own anything anymore.
