How Can the Law Be More Sensitive to Traumatic Events?
There are so many depressing parallels all of these decades in terms of the some of the places where there were holes poked in gaps in her recollection. How can the law be more sensitive to the intricacies of trauma including but not limited to the way memory operates in traumatic events? I think you can sort of think about law enforcement officers and trauma informed interviewing trauma informed investigation it starts there at least if you're talking about the criminal justice system.
