On average 95% of people are not even considering buying the category that you're advertising. So there are sometimes reasons beyond the rational why things might be doing success or so. What can behavioral science tell us about the reasons people buy that maybe are not so obvious? I would put the cognitive biases of which there are over 150 on Wikipedia, in the bucket of the action phase of the hook model.
