There's all kinds of different agencies out there, some really, really large ones. The jobs maybe come up less often, and you can hold them for longer. Almost half the people fell into ta company, which i was very surprised. How just think about hiring lalot, you know, especially coming from boot camps or whatever. Most of the hiring that i that's like, we need to hire 20 developers as coming from these types of teams where there there, they hire a lot of people.
