Film Review - Monsieur Ulo's Olliday
He makes in the 30s very soon after the war he makes a series of shorts which are modestly successful and get him the ability to make his first feature film. Monsieur Ulo's Olliday introduces us to the same character but I think he's formalised a bit. His old fashioned, restrained, always carefully dressed but not dapper, he's also bumbling. He's got some characteristics out of a PG Woodhouse novel, he doesn't want to work at all but he doesn't resist it strongly. Yeah, he can't resist children or small dogs.
