The Politics of Genetic Modification

We have a problem with invasive species just through regular old cross pollination and from transferring plants from country to country. There's no reason to suspect that GM crops will be more allergenic. And of course, like any drug that we introduce into the population or any new food or anything new, you test it on a certain number of people to ensure that it's relatively safe.
