The Importance of Character in CrossFit
CrossFit was built on many things, but three things build our character. If you are here for CrossFit, this is who we are. This is what we do. This is why we do it. Don't let go of that. It's recoverable. Do your gym reflect the ethos that CrossFit has built? Does it reflect this? That's okay. They can be taught and realigned if they're not aligned.
