SQL Server CSV - What's the Difference?

One of the things you can do on the command line is basically just give it like here's a sequel light file database and now go insert all the things from the csv file into it. You don't have to be connected to the database or near it or any of those things right potentially if it doesn't have any sensitive data you could share that, but would never share the connections string to your database.
