The Effect of Pantothenic Acid on Blood Levels in Adolescents

In pregnancy, we know that in the third trimester and two weeks to three months postpartum, the blood concentrations of pantothenic acid decline. If you look at umbilical cord blood when a baby is born, it's 40% higher than maternal blood in pantothened molecules. The mother is actively nourishing the fetus at her own expense. In lactation, milk pantothenate reflects your diet and not your blood. supplementation with pantothenated will increase its content by 87%. It has much less effect on the blood.
