As a bishop, of course, i oversee those congregations. I spend most of my time developing leaders. And an that's both clergy ordaine leaders and lay leaders. Its its it's the thing that i've had a passion for pretty much most of my ministry. That we believe that true anglicanism has always been a missional movement.
