I'd love to see an agency or two do some kind of experiment, such as, we're going to commit ten % of our time to training. I don't think a lot of people know what they're doing, so they'l even be able to train people. Thete's a problem right now. And i think that that's another issue that is becoming a right race. So it's more important to be a tragy diactor in lae ad for five years,. though, like you might noturally know much about what you're doing instead of spending the time and cant move up.
