The Sattaria Castle
It's a really amazing survival for 850 years. And pretty much unique, I should say. Over time, the castle was beginning to lose stonework and particularly the stone facing. So we've seen a lot of stone fall in recent years. It was causing pockets of decay that would cause structural problems above. In terms of why it costs so much, it's a vast area to carry out work. But certainly one of the biggest projects I've been involved with just the physical size of it was challenging and expensive.
