There were short term leases. The ambassador, for instance, i think, was leased for a while tod mont television network. We did into schubert rigt, but they weren't invested in the production the same way. That's where the realestate side of the business really served them well because even though they weren't producing as much, they played host to all those classic shows. And so were able to, you know, keep the company thriving on that basis, so they could make money on oklahoma.
