Is the Permanent Injunction the Final Judgment?

In a state court, you have to have the final judgment. The trial court isn't done with this case. It's done within junctive relief. And so essentially what they're saying is, wait a minute, if we wait because what the permanent injunction did is it just made sure that the Pride Alliance is going to be on campus. But they're still determining damages.
