This week has been a busy one for crypto currency regulatory news. Coin base is trying to launch coin base lend, which would offer yield on crypto currency holdings. They went to the c c to basically give them heads up and see if they had any concerns. The s c c has said, if you launch this product, we will sue you. And so coin bases position here appears that they just want to take this public and just have this fight out in the open. It definitely felt a little bit like a hit piece, and it felt like there was some off the record comments in there, potentially from the c c, in my opinion.
