Internal auditors are clueless about risk management. Many audits are focusing on the most insignificant risks within the scope of the audit because they just completely apply the wrong methodology. You really cannot work in risk unless you have a background in mathematics or statistics and econometrics. Without that background, just having a general understanding device 31,000 makes you a horrible risk manager.
