Dutton told his troops that albanese will make such a mess of government, voters will come flocking back next time. He said it's clear to all of us labor doesn't know which leave is to pull in the economy and they're going to make a bad situation worse. Dutton ploughed on and hit classic coalition talking points that could have sounded at home 70 years ago. The election wiped out some of the party's better talent, robbing it of the sort of fire power needed to regroup and reassess. It's not a goodom to lock into what contemporary australia wants and needs.
