I'm actually a little concerned when someone went straight into the College of Education, went into teaching, and they're trying to sell themselves as an expert in life. And I think that's one thing that makes them such good educators is that they've had this life experience that they can relate to. So there's a bit of a recognition for them to be able to show that.
