Young and profit started as a team of interns. By episode eight, i had ten volunteers in a slack channel. The key to getting people to do work for free is being able to market what you're looking for. And then also keeping it fresh. Once somebody learns something and they do it as good as i would do it, they have to get paid or move on to another project.
