The Difference Between Women of Color and Black Women in the Industry?

There are a lot of non black faces in the industry, and that is amazing. I applaud that because those women give a glimmer of hope for black women. In some cases there are times where white companies will choose anybody but the black person. And i think that's a by product of raceism, because white america has created just this stigma around black people. We've become kind of untouchable, like nobody wants to touch us. That bleeds over into all industries. So we need to be the first to preach on love and positivity."
