i'm fascinated by this hu sindrom of four o one cave plans being chosen by some random person in h r who was never really qualified to pick a four o one ka plan. In the back of my head, i've always had this idea that there's some kind of implicit, or explicit, like, kickback, that the four or one cape provided somehow pay the companies to choose them rather than some one else. But does that not happen? It happens all the time. And your only recourse is to sue. So they're suing. There's a case going up to the supreme court. Absolutely there is no as long as you went through a process and interviewed people
