Peter Druckenmiller: It's a four-stage process to find the right solution for your problem. He says it starts with being clear about what you're trying to solve, then exploring two opposing ways of solving it. Then he asks questions like "What do I really value and could I imagine creating something out of the things that I truly value?" And in step four, how could you try his new models, see how an audience or customer base or shareholder group reacts?
Imagine you’re trying to solve a problem, but none of your options are all that great. You could walk away. Or you could try to take the best from two inadequate options to reach a smarter, strategic solution.
