Leaders should get out of the office and work with their leadership team. Are we really focused on the collective results of the team? Is anybody feeling tempted to be thinking about themselves rather than the collective good? If we are, we're definitely going to do it soon if things turn bad. And so that's something that every organization needs to be constantly aware of. It's just like marriage. You know, keep make your marriage strong because when things get hard, that's what's gonna get you through.
