The Psychology of Confidence
Good negotiators have an appreciation of the fact that they're more equal with their counterpart than their counterpart realises. They go in and they have a much, much, much more confidence in assuming that the playing field is more level, even if it actually isn't. And so I think there's a lot to be said about the psychology of confidence. It seems to me that most good negotiators, at least confidence is something that they have in common.
