Why You Shouldn't Sell Your Business to a Buyer
Most buyers, or most sellers rather, don't do all that planning that i talked about. They rush it to market. So why not go through the deveopment process, stand up the entity on its own so that you don't need t ssays it sort of been on its own for a period of time? I would assume you'd get higher value if you did that, versus having to unravel and figure out these t says.
