The Importance of Forgiveness
We have to start the process. We have to have a sincere gesture of letting go, which tends to be to happen in doing the practice. The practice in turn rests on our understanding of the thought system. Yet the process is completed by the Holy Spirit. All of that, the understanding, the practice, our own letting go, that is the invitation. It's really important to know that as we go into this, you are not alone. You have help, but you're meant to do your part to invite the help.
