Heart Failure
The heart is responding to something like as if you were trying to run away from a predator, so the fight and flight response. However, this is a kind of evolutionary reflex. We didn't really have heart attacks and things in our evolutionary long evolutionary past. So hormonal things come into play with that. And they're fine if they are for emergency responses in their short term. But over weeks or months or even years when you've got this poor heart power, then they are damaging. You get a second wave of damage that drives the heart into a disease heart failure.
