Are You Productive Using Notion?

Tiktok: There is no science behind self help videos. The way you're talking about it is your experience, which doesn't match up with the majority of experiences from other fields and other environments. Just because you have one study the said a conclusion that matches what you've said, doesn't mean it's true. It's literally just tiktock for ridiculing people who are not putting rational evidence in context. And there is all entertainment on their side to make them feel good... But i think this comes down to their, for me, there shallow under standing of what it means to learn.
