The Importance of Training Change of Direction

Change of direction work is about increasing the speed going into any sort of cut. And then you can even change the movement patterns of those things. I just had a basketball player come in from Hong Kong like a week ago and he wanted to train for a week. He's definitely way stronger on his right side versus the left side, especially when it comes to unilateral power. When he was striking the ground too close to his body so he wasn't creating Like a shin angle to accelerate or change direction very well.
