Is There a Higher Clock Speed Than Mine?

Vichal, i don't know if you have the experience, i think i can distinctly tell when somebody's a mind has a higher clock speed than mine. There is this phenomenon that they kind of ther thought envelops mine. I think t a, there's some element of it which is just that he's older, more experienced, more wisdom but it's not just that.
