Rodrigo Roa Duterte, a 14-Year-Old Schoolboy

In 2002, Archbishop Orlando Quavado admitted that 200 of the 7,000 priests in the Philippines may have committed sexual misconduct over a 20-year period. One of the presumably many Filipino children molested by Catholic priests during this time was a 14-year-old school boy named Rodrigo Duterte. The abuse undoubtedly had an impact on him as a child and he repeatedly got in trouble for acting up in school.
