I think it's the worst drug of our time and we are hooked like nothing else. I don't know that the answer is going to lie with us but I hope it might be in the next generation or two. One of the most important things in building a brand is establishing trust. You cannot buy it you can't demand it it's something that is gifted to one another. The only thing that I think maybe the saving grace in all this is actually AI.
