The History of Handedness

For people in paintings, when you could tell, 60 to 70% are right-handed. Some animals show something like 50 to 50% handedness and some species have more dominant lefties. There's actually been a lot of myths or enigmas about handedness - usually it's about the right being quote unquote good and the left being bad. This comes from the word sinister in Italian, which means left.
