Graham: I'm not, by any stretch of the imagination, a an excellent runner at any distance. My main objective with this summer of doing some different stuffs is fun. So i may still run fast and run for a p r, but my focus is on having fun. Graham: For anybody wou out there is feeling a little stagnant in what they have been doing recently, run a different distance. If you do marithons for five years, drop down into some five k training like make it fun. Make it interesting, or start doing steeple chase.
